Eryn Brasovan has joined Womble Bond Dickinson as a partner in the Baltimore, Md., office, the firm said Wednesday.
Brasovan has experience with transactional and regulatory matters related to the financial services and insurance industries, according to Womble.
She is versed in consumer and commercial lending, mergers and acquisitions, regulatory compliance and risk management, and litigation and dispute resolution, the firm said.
