Stephen Shaw rejoined Womble Bond Dickinson as a partner in its trademark, copyright, privacy and IP transactions practice group in Greensboro, the firm announced Thursday.
Shaw advises companies on trademark, copyright, trade dress and design-patent matters, with experience protecting consumer brands. He guides clients through federal litigation, Trademark Trial and Appeal Board proceedings, online-marketplace and domain-name enforcement and anti-counterfeiting actions, and counsels on IP licensing and transactions.
