James H. Andros has rejoined Womble Bond Dickinson as a partner in the corporate and securities group in Atlanta, the firm said Wednesday.
Andros advises clients on mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, recapitalizations, capital raises, restructurings, joint ventures, and succession planning, according to Womble.
He served as a partner at Womble from 1998 to 2009, and rejoins from Parker Hudson Rainer & Dobbs.
