Kent Jones has joined Womble Bond Dickinson as a real estate partner in Charlotte, N.C., the firm said Thursday.
Jones, who joins from Bradley Arant Boult Cummings, focuses on commercial real estate development, finance, commercial leasing, loan workouts, and general corporate law, according to Womble.
He works with developers, public and private partnerships, investors, and lenders in managing and closing commercial real estate transactions as well as drafting and negotiating purchase contracts, commercial leases, loan documentation, and development agreements, Womble said.
