Womble Adds R. Kyle Hawes as Litigation Partner in Houston

R. Kyle Hawes joined Womble Bond Dickinson as a partner in its business litigation practice group in Houston, the firm announced Tuesday.

Hawes represents clients in energy, real estate, construction, food and beverage, restaurant, retail, financial services, health care, and technology. He works with complex civil litigation, involving matters such as breach of contract, real estate disputes, fraud, breach of fiduciary duty, negligence, and product liability, the firm said.

He joins from Chamberlain Hrdlicka.
