Carl King joined Womble Bond Dickinson as a trust and estates partner in Charlotte, N.C., the firm announced Friday.
King provides regular legal counsel to trusts and estates, advising on tax-saving opportunities, including disclaimers, tax elections and allocations, and other related matters, the firm said.
He advises philanthropists, employs sophisticated charitable transfers, and works with the formation and administration of public and private charitable entities, Womble said.
