Cody Yorke and Kerry Zaroogian joined Withers as partners to help launch an East Coast employment practice in the US, the firm announced Tuesday.
Yorke joined in the New York office and Zaroogian will work remotely in Minneapolis.
Yorke and Zaroogian co-chaired an executives and professionals group and focus on representing executives and employees in compensation negotiations, lift-outs, restructurings, and corporate transactions. They also negotiate employment, severance, contractor, international assignment, and restrictive covenant agreements on behalf of executive clients, the firm said.
They join from Outten & Golden.
