Winston Taylor Adds International Trade Chair Dholakia in DC

Darshak Dholakia joined Winston Taylor as chair of the firm’s international trade practice and partner in the investigations and white collar defense practice in Washington, D.C., the firm announced Monday.

Dholakia counsels clients on developing and implementing strategies to identify and resolve risks across national security and international trade laws, including economic sanctions, export controls, foreign investment reviews, and anti-bribery laws. He brings background across the financial services, artificial intelligence and other emerging technologies, and manufacturing sectors, the firm said.

He joins from McDermott Will & Schulte, according to his LinkedIn profile.
