Winston & Strawn Taps Michael Kimberly as Appellate Co-Chair

Michael Kimberly joined Winston & Strawn as co-chair of its appellate and critical motions practice in Washington, the firm announced Tuesday.

Kimberly has argued nine cases before the US Supreme Court and more than 40 appellate arguments in courts across the country. He litigates challenges to federal administrative actions under the Administrative Procedure Act and to state laws and regulations under various provisions of the US Constitution, the firm said.
