Winston & Strawn Recruits US Attorney Damien Diggs as Partner

Damien Diggs joined Winston & Strawn as a partner in its litigation department and government investigations, enforcement, and compliance practice in Dallas, the firm announced Tuesday.

Diggs works with cases involving the False Claims Act, Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, Anti-Kickback Statute, Stark Law, Financial Institutions Reform, Recovery, and Enforcement Act of 1989, and international matters in Central and South America, the firm said.

He was previously the US attorney for the Eastern District of Texas.
