Winston & Strawn Recruits Stan Kalminsky as Transactions Partner

Stanislav Kalminsky joined Winston & Strawn as a partner in its transactions department in Los Angeles, the firm announced Monday.

Kalminsky represents public and private companies, as well as private equity funds and their portfolio companies, in various transactions. His practice focuses on private equity, mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate and securities matters, the firm said.
