Jeffrey Rubinger and Summer LePree have joined Winston & Strawn as tax partners in Miami, the firm said Thursday.
Rubinger has experience with advising US companies expanding overseas and foreign businesses investing in the United States on cross-border tax laws, according to Winston & Strawn.
LePree advises US and foreign-based public and private companies on inbound and outbound US international tax planning, Winston & Strawn said.
