Winston & Strawn Recruits Partner Scott Delaney to Dallas Office

Scott Delaney has joined Winston & Strawn as a partner in the Dallas office, the firm announced Monday.

Delaney joins the transactions department’s private equity transactions practice and will be involved with the firm’s energy and infrastructure industry group, according to Winston & Strawn.

He centers his practice on corporate transactions for public and private companies in addition to private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies, said the firm.
