Justin Gonzales joined Winston & Strawn as a partner in its transactions department and mergers and acquisitions and private equity practice in Chicago, the firm announced Dec. 2.
Gonzales advises public and private companies and private equity clients on complex domestic and cross-border corporate matters. He counsels clients on acquisitions, dispositions, investments, joint ventures, and corporate governance issues, the firm said.
He joins from Perkins Coie, according to his LinkedIn profile.
