Yulia Makarova joined Winston & Strawn as a partner in its financial innovation and regulation practice in London, the firm announced Monday.

Makarova advises businesses operating in the distributed ledger, blockchain, and digital assets sectors, with a focus on the domestic and cross-border application of financial services regulation.
