Scott Border has joined Winston & Strawn’s intellectual property practice in D.C. while Daniel Chaudoin and Caitlin Mandel have joined the government investigations, enforcement, and compliance practice, the firm said Monday.
Border works with companies in high-technology fields in intellectual property litigation at the trial and appellate level, Winston & Strawn said.
Chaudoin formerly served as the assistant director of the SEC’s enforcement division. He and Mandel focus on the defense of financial institutions, public companies, and senior executives in investigations by the Securities and Exchange Commission, FINRA, the Justice Department, and the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, according to Winston ...
