Winston & Strawn Drafts Three Litigation Partners in Washington

Scott Border has joined Winston & Strawn’s intellectual property practice in D.C. while Daniel Chaudoin and Caitlin Mandel have joined the government investigations, enforcement, and compliance practice, the firm said Monday.

Border works with companies in high-technology fields in intellectual property litigation at the trial and appellate level, Winston & Strawn said.

Chaudoin formerly served as the assistant director of the SEC’s enforcement division.
