Bryan Ikegami has joined Winston & Strawn as a member of the transactions department and the private equity practice in Los Angeles, the firm said Wednesday.
Ikegami has represented private equity funds and their portfolio companies in mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, financing transactions, restructurings, and recapitalizations, according to Winston.
He has also represented public and private companies in growth equity investments and sale transactions for founder-owned businesses, said the firm.
