Winston & Strawn Adds Partner to Miami Transactions Department

David Wells has joined Winston & Strawn as a partner in the transactions department in Miami, the firm said Wednesday.

Wells advises companies in mergers and acquisitions and corporate finance transactions, according to Winston & Strawn. He assists clients with registered direct offerings, secondary offerings, PIPEs, and IPOs.

He also joins the mergers and acquisitions, finance, and private equity transactions practices as a member, said the firm.
