Winston & Strawn Adds Partner Abad to Transactions Department

Michelle Abad has joined Winston & Strawn as a partner in the transactions department and as a member of the structured finance practice in the New York office, the firm said Wednesday.

Abad’s experience includes work with jumbo and non-QM securitization programs, second lien loans, and mortgage servicing rights, Winston & Strawn said.

She served as senior counsel at Rocket Central, advising on funding strategies for the development and management of financial products, according to the firm.
