Winston & Strawn Adds Juan Delgado as Miami Transactions Partner

Juan Delgado joined Winston & Strawn as a partner in its transactions department in Miami, the firm announced Tuesday.

Delgado advises on domestic and international corporate representations, including mergers and acquisitions, private securities offerings, and bank financings, the firm said. He works with clients with operations in Chile, Puerto Rico, the Caribbean, Costa Rica, Honduras, Brazil, Mexico, Colombia, and other countries in Latin America.

He serves clients in the telecommunications, banking, manufacturing, retail, and automotive industries.
