Winston & Strawn Adds Bobby Malhotra as Litigation Partner in LA

Bobby Malhotra has joined Winston & Strawn as a partner in the litigation department in Los Angeles, the law firm said Wednesday.

Malhotra focuses on e-discovery, information governance, analytics, and artificial intelligence. He specializes in litigation and regulatory matters involving e-discovery, according to Winston & Strawn.

“With his IT background and deep, extensive knowledge of e-discovery, we are in an ideal position to advise clients on a wide range of evolving legal, data management, and compliance issues,” Angela Machala, managing partner for Winston’s Los Angeles office, said.
