Winston & Strawn Adds Andrew Jacobs as Transactions Partner

Andrew Jacobs joined Winston & Strawn as a partner in its finance practice in New York, the firm announced Monday.

Jacobs advises investment banking firms and commercial banks on public and private financing transactions, including secured and unsecured debt offerings and leveraged buyouts. He works with domestic and cross-border transactions across financial services, health care, media, and technology, the firm said.
