Andrew Hinkes joined Winston & Strawn as a partner in its transactions department and member of its digital assets and blockchain technology group in Miami, the firm announced Monday.
Hinkes advises clients on digital asset-related matters, including securities regulation, payment systems and money services business regulation, lending and staking, secured transactions, structuring and governance of DeFi protocols, anti-money laundering compliance, non-fungible tokens, and stablecoins, the firm said.
