Aaron Benjamin joined Winston & Strawn as a partner in its structured finance practice in Charlotte and New York, the firm announced Monday.
Benjamin represents major US and foreign banks in commercial real estate warehouse lending deals and structured repurchase transactions backed by asset-backed securities. His practice focuses on pooled lending transactions backed by commercial real estate loans and structured repurchase transactions involving residential and commercial mortgage-backed securities, CRE CLO bonds, and commercial bank loan and middle market CLO bonds, the firm said.
