Lee Discher joined Winston & Strawn as a partner in its finance practice in Chicago, the firm announced Wednesday.
Discher joins from Kirkland & Ellis, where he was elevated to partner in 2022. He represents corporate borrowers and private equity sponsors and borrowers in complex business transactions, with a particular focus on debt finance, Winston said.
