David Love joined Winston & Strawn as a partner in its finance practice in Chicago, the firm announced today.
Love joins from Kirkland & Ellis, where he was elevated to partner in October 2023. He represents private equity sponsors in leveraged finance transactions, with a focus on acquisition financings across the large-cap and middle markets, his new firm said.
