David Higer has joined Winstead PC as a shareholder in the business litigation group, the firm announced Wednesday.
Higer focuses on commercial litigation, bankruptcy, mergers and acquisitions, and employment, according to Winstead PC.
His clients include those in the banking, medical, power generation, automotive, office equipment, semiconductor, and transportation sectors, said the firm.
