Chris Raybeck and Trey Neal joined Winstead PC as shareholders in its real estate development and investments practice group in Nashville, the firm announced Monday.
Raybeck focuses his practice on commercial real estate development and commercial lending, representing mixed-use developers, institutional investors, and boutique development groups in the acquisition, sale, development, and management of commercial properties. He also maintains a commercial lending practice, representing banks and financial institutions in structuring, documenting, and closing credit facilities across multiple collateral and asset types.
