Wilson Sonsini Taps David Segre as Corporate Partner From Cooley

David Segre rejoined Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati as a partner in its corporate department in Palo Alto, Calif., the firm announced Tuesday.

Segre advises clients on venture capital financings, public offerings, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate governance, as well as disclosure and SEC compliance. He also counsels venture capital firms and investment banks on transactional matters, the firm said.

He joins from Cooley.
