Wilson Sonsini Recruits M&A Partner Jason Breen in Los Angeles

Jason Breen has joined Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati as a partner in the mergers and acquisitions practice in Los Angeles, the law firm said Tuesday.

Breen, who was a partner at Goodwin Procter, will focus on technology and life sciences clients, Wilson Sonsini said.

He has represented public and private companies in M&A deals and strategic transactions, according to the law firm.
