Wilson Sonsini Recruits Emma Game as Partner in Tax Practice

Emma Game joined Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati as a partner in its tax practice in London, the firm announced Wednesday.

Game’s practice includes all tax matters related to corporate and financing transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, de-mergers, and IPOs, the firm said. She also handles standalone tax advisory work, such as group reorganizations and taxation of incentive arrangements for individuals, as well as tax inquiries and disputes.

She joins from Slaughter and May.
