Wilson Sonsini Makes Three Partner Additions to London Office

Fleur Benns, Sarah Lane, and Martin Luff have joined Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati as partners in the London office, the firm said Tuesday.

Benns joins from Pinsent Masons, where she was a legal director with the share plans and incentives team, according to Wilson Sonsini.

Lane was previously senior tax counsel at Simpson Thacher. She has led tax work on mergers and acquisitions and capital markets transactions, said the firm.

Luff supports clients on a range of UK, US, and international personnel matters and was previously counsel at Vinson & Elkins, Wilson Sonsini said.
