Wilson Sonsini Hires Susannah Howard as Employment Partner

Susannah Howard joined Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati as a partner in its litigation department and employment and trade secret litigation practice in Palo Alto, Calif., the firm announced Tuesday.

Howard represents clients in employment law matters, including drafting and enforcing employment policies and agreements, investigating employee misconduct, advising on discipline and terminations, and defending clients in complex litigation and before state and federal agencies, the firm said.

She joins from O’Melveny & Myers.
