Wilson Sonsini Hires Gantus as Compensation, Benefits Partner

Brandon Gantus rejoined Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati as a partner and co-leader of the employee benefits and compensation practice, the firm announced Monday.

Gantus focuses on representing public and private companies on benefits and compensation matters, with particular experience counseling technology and life sciences companies on benefits and compensation aspects of mergers and acquisitions and capital markets transactions, the firm said.

Gantus has represented companies such as Twitter, DoorDash, Google, GoDaddy, Salesforce, and Pluralsight in major acquisitions as well as companies such as Lyft, Dropbox, and Block (formerly Square) in initial public offerings.
