Brent Fassett has joined Wilson Sonsini’s corporate practice in Boulder, Colo., as a partner, the firm said Tuesday.
Fassett is first lateral partner to join the Boulder office, which Wilson Sonsini announced it was launching in February. He represents life sciences and medical technology clients and their investors, according to Wilson Sonsini.
Fasset was also formerly a partner at Cooley LLP in Denver.
