Wilson Sonsini Adds Restructuring Partner Erin Fay in Delaware

Erin Fay has joined Wilson Sonsini as a corporate partner and member of the restructuring practice in Wilmington, Del., the firm said Wednesday.

Fay focuses on bankruptcy and restructuring matters, handling Chapter 11 cases and out-of-court restructurings, according to Wilson Sonsini.

She also represents companies preparing for Chapter 7 filings, foreign representatives in Chapter 15 proceedings, and assignees in assignments for the benefit of creditors under Delaware law in the Delaware Court of Chancery, Wilson Sonsini said.
