Karen Deschaine has joined Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati as a corporate partner in San Diego, the law firm said Monday.
Deschaine represents life sciences clients such as biotechnology and therapeutics companies, according to Wilson Sonsini.
She formerly served as a partner at Cooley LLP, Wilson Sonsini said.
