Wilson Sonsini Adds Bonnie Lau, Brian Smith as Partner Duo

Bonnie Lau and Brian Smith joined Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati as partners in its regulatory and compliance department, the firm announced Monday. Lau will be based in San Francisco, while Smith will be in Chicago.

Lau represents clients in class actions, multidistrict litigations, and enforcement actions. She also manages international competition investigations and enforcement issues. She advises clients across various industries, including technology, manufacturing, media, telecommunications, health care, and financial services, the firm said.
