WilmerHale Recruits J. Jekkie Kim as Life Sciences Partner

Dr. J. Jekkie Kim joined WilmerHale as a life sciences partner in Palo Alto, Calif., the firm announced Tuesday.

Kim advises life sciences companies, along with their investors and lenders, on strategic licensing and collaboration matters, monetizing royalties and product revenue streams, cross-border joint ventures, carve-out asset sales, and complex commercial transactions, the firm said.

She also handles life sciences matters involving digital health and artificial intelligence and provides support for life science clients executing capital markets deals, mergers and acqusitions transactions, emerging company and venture capital matters, and debt financings.
