WilmerHale Recruits Hasko as Life Sciences Co-Chair in Palo Alto

Judith Hasko has joined WilmerHale as a partner and co-chair of the firm’s life sciences practice group in its Palo Alto, California office, the firm said Tuesday.

Hasko counsels companies and investors in the biotechnology, pharmaceutical, medical device and diagnostic product sectors with respect to general strategic matters, according to the firm.

She also focuses on licensing, collaborations, corporate partnerships, joint ventures, co-commercialization arrangements, manufacturing and distribution agreements, mergers and acquisitions, royalty financing transactions, and digital health transactions, the firm said.
