WilmerHale Recruits Federal Reserve Bank of New York Veteran

Yoon Hi Greene has joined WilmerHale as a partner in its financial institutions group in New York, the firm said Tuesday.

Greene served as deputy general counsel at the Federal Reserve Bank of New York, head of the Enforcement, Litigation, Investigations, and Corporate Affairs Division, and as acting co-general general counsel, according to WilmerHale.

She will focus on regulatory and compliance requirements for banks and other financial institutions as well as best practices for risk management, corporate governance, and internal controls, WilmerHale said.
