Teresa Johnson joined WilmerHale as a partner and co-chair of the sports and gaming practice in San Francisco, the firm announced Wednesday.
Johnson, who joins from Arnold & Porter, counsels professional sports organizations including teams in the National Football League and Women’s National Basketball Association. Her sports practice centers on representing professional major league sports teams, their owners, and investors on ownership, governance, league matters, financings, and M&A, the firm said.
