Neena Shenai has joined WilmerHale as a partner with the international trade, investment, and market access practice group in Washington, D.C., the firm said Wednesday.
Shenai’s practice will concentrate on legal and compliance advice and counseling, compliance assessments, internal investigations, and mergers and acquisitions due diligence, WilmerHale said.
She was senior legal director and chief counsel for global trade at Medtronic, a medical technology company. She also clerked for Judge Evan J. Wallach on the US Court of International Trade, according to WilmerHale.
