WilmerHale Brings Back Sanctions Lawyer After Treasury Stint

David Horn rejoined WilmerHale as a partner in its trade, investment, and market access group in Washington, DC, the firm announced Monday.

Horn returns to the firm after three years at the Treasury Department, where he most recently was acting chief counsel for the Office of Foreign Assets Control. His practice focuses on representing clients facing government scrutiny arising from economic sanctions and related regulatory measures, the firm said.
