Amanda Albert has joined WilmerHale as a partner in its tax practice, the firm announced Tuesday.
Albert is an employee benefits lawyer who focuses on ERISA, federal income tax, and other laws and regulations related to employee benefit plans and executive compensation, according to the announcement.
She counsels clients on the full range of related tax, ERISA, governance, securities, and regulatory issues, the firm said.
