Thomas J. McCaffrey has joined Willkie Farr & Gallagher as a partner in the corporate and financial services department and private equity practice group in the Houston office, the firm said Wednesday.
McCaffrey, who joins from Akin Gump, advises buyers and sellers in mergers & acquisitions, private equity investments, and other strategic transactions, according to Willkie.
He has particular expertise advising clients across the energy sector, representing private equity funds, public companies, privately held businesses, boards of directors, and individuals, said the firm.
