Willkie Adds Litigator Michael Rome as Partner in California

Michael Rome has joined Willkie Farr & Gallagher as a partner in the Los Angeles and San Francisco offices, the firm said Monday.

Rome will work in Willkie’s litigation department and as a member of the investigations and enforcement practice, according to the firm. His practice focuses on government investigations, enforcement, and commercial litigation with an emphasis on privacy and consumer protection matters.

He previously served as regulatory and litigation counsel at Google, said the firm.
