Willkie Snags Kirkland London Private Equity Partner Khatkar

Hamesh Khatkar is joining Willkie Farr & Gallagher as a partner in its private equity practice group in London, the firm announced Monday.

Khatkar, who previously was at Kirkland & Ellis, represents private equity funds, sovereign wealth funds and other financial sponsors. He leads deals for private equity sponsors, asset managers and sovereign wealth funds spanning the technology, services, consumer, real estate and digital infrastructure industries, the firm said.
