Louis-François Guéret joined Willkie Farr & Gallagher as a partner in the corporate and financial services department in Paris, the firm announced Thursday.
Guéret’s practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions for listed companies, including public offerings, delisting, capital markets transactions, and investments in listed and unlisted companies, the firm said.
He also also practices in the field of corporate and securities litigation, before national courts and the Autorité des Marchés Financiers, the firm said.
