Allyson Smith joined Willkie Farr & Gallagher as a partner in its restructuring practice in New York, the firm announced Monday.
Smith maintains a bankruptcy and restructuring practice, representing debtors, sponsors, official committees and other parties in Chapter 11 bankruptcy cases, out-of-court restructurings and international and cross-border insolvency matters. She advises global companies and brands across industries, including retail, energy, oil and gas, finance, logistics, cryptocurrency and healthcare, the firm said.
She joins from Kirkland & Ellis.
